a satisfactory end result. All of our crew members are OSHA certified via a 10
hour training program.
Carol is the founder and owner of CBJ Foundations, LLC. She has been in the concrete construction business for over 35 years and has owned and developed CBJ over the past 15 years into a company known for its professionalism and superior results. Carol brings her creativity as well as knowledge when working with customers. She is dedicated to providing the best service possible to customers as well as volunteering with the community. She also demands an excellent work ethic from all of her employees.
Tony has been with CBJ for over 5 years. He came to the company with a background in construction. Tony is an excellent project supervisor and has recently completed a week long training in our new StoneMakers product line. Tony also provides expertise in decorative stamped concrete and other concrete landscaping projects as well as installation of our BulkTread Form System.
Britt has grown up doing foundation work. Over the past four years he has become a valuable and knowledgeable crew member. He is a certified provider of our TUFF-N-DRI waterproofing system. Britt also recently completed a week long training in our new StoneMakers product line as well as training in decorative stamped concrete and our BulkTread Form System.
Keegan is a hardworking and dedicated team member, providing labor assistance wherever and whenever needed. His presence on a jobsite is always helpful and ensures greater efficiencies in project completion.
Serena joins us after her previous employment in commercial financing. She is a graduate of Bentley College with a degree in economics and finance. She has also grown up surrounded by the concrete construction business. She provides expertise in managing the operations of CBJ’s office.
