Hi Carol,

the curtain drain, the gravel, and we get the water proofing

As I mentioned to you, when I come across a great subcontractor
I would keep you posted.
CBJ Foundations in Woodbury, CT Tel # 203-263-5183 did an outstanding
job for me. Carol (owner) was professional, on time, and did
exactly what was supposed to be done. In some areas she over
did because she thought it would leave me with a better end product.
When I started my house, Carol sent me a proposal containing
her estimate, insurance certs, list of what CBJ does and what
CBJ does not do (so there was no confusion) and was on schedule.
No fuss, no muss,
just a pleasant business experience. I know you use your current
guys but if you run into a scheduling problem
or whatever and are in need of another concrete/foundation sub
you should give her a try. She is competitive in pricing and
performs. Carol actually worked harder than the guys working
for her.
